EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
The Early Bird discount is 15% and is applied to all bookings made up to midnight on Friday June 28th2019.

If you are an IEEP Fellow from an EEUK Member organisation, only one discount will apply.
ACCOMMODATION
Please note that above costs do not include accommodation, this should be booked by you separately. Please click here for a list of hotels close to the venue.
PAYMENT DEADLINE
If you select to pay by invoice, payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice or Friday August 16thwhichever is the earlier.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations notified to the organisers up to 1stAugust 2019 will be subject to a £20 cancellation charge.
We regret that no refundscan be made for cancellations made after 1stAugust 2019. However, delegate places may be transferred to another named person at no additional cost if we are informed of the change by email.
If you do not turn up at the conference you will still be liable for the full cost.
EEUK reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if unforeseen circumstances arise. If the event is cancelled a full refund will be offered.
DATA PROTECTION
EEUK will process your details for administrative and monitoring purposes.
