PAYMENT DEADLINE

If you select to pay by invoice, payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice or Friday August 16^th whichever is the earlier.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations notified to the organisers up to 1^st August 2024 will be subject to a £25 cancellation charge.

We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations made after 1^stAugust 2024. However, delegate places may be transferred to another named person at no additional cost if we are informed of the change by email.

If you do not participate in the conference, you will still be liable for the full cost.

EEUK reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if unforeseen circumstances arise. If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be offered.

DATA PROTECTION

EEUK will process your details for administrative and monitoring purposes in line with our privacy policy.
