ACCOMMODATION

PAYMENT DEADLINE
If you select to pay by invoice, payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice or Friday August 12th whichever is the earlier.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations notified to the organisers up to 1st August 2022 will be subject to a £20 cancellation charge.
We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations made after 1stAugust 2022. However, delegate places may be transferred to another named person at no additional cost if we are informed of the change by email.
If you do not participate in the conference you will still be liable for the full cost.
EEUK reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if unforeseen circumstances arise. If the event is cancelled a full refund will be offered.
