If you are an IEEP Fellow from an EEUK Member institution, only one discount will apply.

ACCOMMODATION

Please note that above costs do not include accommodation, this should be booked by you separately. Please click here for a list of hotels close to the venue.

PAYMENT DEADLINE

If you select to pay by invoice, payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice or Friday August 18^th whichever is the earlier.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations notified to the organisers up to 1^st August 2017 will be subject to a £20 cancellation charge.

We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations made after 1^stAugust 2017. However, delegate places may be transferred to another named person at no additional cost if we are informed of the change by email.

If you do not turn up at the conference you will still be liable for the full cost.

EEUK and NCEE reserve the right to modify or cancel the event if unforeseen circumstances arise. If the event is cancelled a full refund will be offered.

DATA PROTECTION

EEUK and NCEE will process your details for administrative and monitoring purposes.
