Exclusive Conference Challenges from Steve Blank and Colin Jones
Renowned Entrepreneurship Educator and author Steve Blank recorded an exclusive video for IEEC delegates this year. Steve talked about some of the trends in education and offered his thoughts on the ‘unconference’ open-forum subject of ‘Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Education: where next?’.
Colin Jones of the University of Tasmania, a very good friend of IEEC, also recorded a conference provocation to stimulate the discussion during the ‘unconference’ session. Colin challenged attendees to think about their orientation, teaching philosophy and practice as well as that IEEC was a good opportunity to start doing this collectively.
IEEC2012 Side Events
There were also two side events available for IEEC delegates to attend free of charge, a 3EP event on the morning of Wednesday 12th September and an Entrepreneurship for Africa event on the afternoon of Friday 14th September.
