IEEC2026 ACCESSIBILITY

EEUK and NTU are working hard together to make IEEC2026 as accessible as possible to a wide range of delegates. Access information for IEEC2026 is available below.

PARKING

Q-Park Talbot Street is located close to Nottingham Trent University, just a few minutes walk from the Newton Building.

Delegates must pre-book parking. See here for further details on booking parking for IEEC2026.



LOOP SYSTEM

Hearing loops are fitted in the main lecture theatres of the Newton Building (2, 4 and 5) as well as teaching rooms NEW35, NEW44, NEW55 and Kilpin Room located on Level 2. 


PRAYER ROOM

There is a dedicated prayer room on the 2nd floor of the Newton Building (Kilpin Room).

There are also purpose-built Muslim male and female prayer rooms in DICE Building with washing facilities in the area. Access to multi-faith space and opening times can be found here.


QUIET SPACES

There are quiet spaces available for delegates outside the IT suites on Level 0 of the Newton Building.

An additional quiet area can be found on the 2nd floor of the Newton Building (Room TBC).


FEEDING ROOM

There is a feeding room available for delegates on the 2nd floor of the Newton Building (Hooley Room).
