TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION

Please note that the above costs do not include accommodation, this should be booked by you separately. Information about accommodation, including preferential rates for IEEC delegates is available here.

PAYMENT DEADLINE

If you select to pay by invoice, payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice or Friday August 11th whichever is the earlier.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations notified to the organisers up to 1st August 2023 will be subject to a £20 cancellation charge.

We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations made after 1stAugust 2023. However, delegate places may be transferred to another named person at no additional cost if we are informed of the change by email.

If you do not participate in the conference, you will still be liable for the full cost.

EEUK reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if unforeseen circumstances arise. If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be offered.

DATA PROTECTION

EEUK will process your details for administrative and monitoring purposes in line with our privacy policy.
