QAA Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Education Guidance Workshop
Wednesday September 6th 2017, 10.30am to 12 noon
Glasgow Caledonian University
Facilitators: Ruth Burchell, QAA and Professor Andy Penaluna, University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
In April 2017 a series of 3 Quality Enhancement Network events in Cardiff, London and Glasgow reviewed the QAA’s 2012 Enterprise and Entrepreneurship education: Guidance for UK higher education providers, a pivotal publication that has set the scene for enhanced entrepreneurial learning opportunities for all UK Higher Education establishments.
This unique and specially prepared partnership event will set the current policy and international scene, disseminate the key findings of the review thus far and importantly, offer the IEEC community the chance to have their say in a workshop designed to inform the next iteration of this ground breaking document.
“We continue to offer the IEEC community a chance to input into highly influential and strategic documents, and this year we are particularly pleased to announce the opportunity for you to attend a special workshop with the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education – the UK’s independent body entrusted with monitoring, and advising on, standards and quality in UK higher education.”
(Sarah Underwood, Incoming Chair, Enterprise Educators UK)
